One of our hiring Specialists will complete a 15-minute live, intake call with you to learn about your goals and needs such as: job duties, number of hours, special skills and timeline.
Then we go to work! We check our database for current, vetted and available, remote workers to identify a fit. If no current professionals meet your needs, we will begin our rapid search process. By leveraging our existing relationships with candidates and prospects in the Philippines, we identify and interview the right assistant for you.
Next, we schedule a video call with the prospective virtual assistant, you and your team. We want to make sure that your remote worker is the right fit for your business.
Once your virtual assistant is confirmed and the contract signed, your assistant can begin. We offer convenient ACH payments or online credit card payments (fees apply).
Lastly, our hiring specialists will work with you and your newly hired virtual assistant to complete our onboarding process. We believe this process is important and valuable in ensuring your remote worker’s success in their new role.
